All returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving the delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Superauto.my within this time period to be eligible for a return.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by from the date of receiving the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not offer refunds on any item unless is grossly misrepresented. In the event of damaged, manufacturer default, missing or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to our customer service ASAP at +603-7877 8861 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your items.

Kindly make sure the parts ordered is compatible with your car model before placing an order. Refund or exchange will not be accepted if item(s) returned are encountered with the above situations. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part.
If a refund is given, it will only be for the cost of the item less the restocking and other fees may be charged, if applicable. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. There will be an authenticity sticker placed on the parts ordered and this sticker must not be tampered.

A refund, exchange or core return will not be made until all items are returned to Superauto.my. Shipping and handling charges of returned items will be beared by the buyer. Superauto.my will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Please note that, Superauto.my does NOT provide cash/credit refund. Our refund is based on store credit refund. Meaning, store credits are provided with no expiration date and to be enjoyed via a cash and card- free experience during your next purchase with us.
Refused shipments sent back to Superauto.my do not constitute a refund or credit. Superauto.my reserves the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 30% restocking fee.
Refunds processed through direct credit card transactions using the Ipay88 gateway can only be returned to the original account used for payment. Refunds typically take 14 business day to clear depending on the bank and credit card used
